Site Safety Plus (Health and Safety Awareness)

Overview

The Site Safety Plus course (Health and Safety Awareness) is a route for anyone looking to obtain a CSCS Labourers (Green) Card. Anyone who is currently in possession of a Green “Construction Site Operatives” card will not be able to renew their CSCS card without having first completed this course or completing an NVQ.

The HSA course is a one day course for those already in the construction industry, or for those those who have entered, or are about to enter it. The course gives attendees an awareness of health and safety and how it affects their daily role.

Assessment and exams

The course is highly interactive and is delivered by means of case studies, classroom discussion and group work. You will be continuously assessed and there is also a multiple choice test to successfully complete.

CITB Site Safety Plus HSA Certificate (Valid for 5 years)
